This Privacy Policy explains what information Muscle Movers collects through musclemoversie.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Muscle Movers is a licensed California moving company based in Redlands, CA, and we use what you share only to price, schedule, and complete your move.
Information We Collect
Nearly everything we hold comes straight from you when you complete our quote form or contact us about a move. You do not need to create an account to use the site.
- Your name and contact details (email address, and a phone number if you choose to add one)
- Origin and destination ZIP codes and street-level addresses
- Move details: home size, approximate inventory, flights of stairs, elevator or gated-community access, preferred dates, and special items such as a piano or goods needing storage
- Any notes or questions you add to the form or send us by email
- Basic technical data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, device type, and pages viewed
We keep it to what the move needs
We never request Social Security numbers, full payment-card numbers, or other sensitive identifiers through the website form. Deposit and payment arrangements are handled separately once your job is confirmed.
How We Use Your Information
